Cozy Chili Crunch Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

Steamed White Rice
Egg
Peanuts Salsa Macha
Green Onion
Lime Ponzu

Instructions:

1. Chop your green onions to add as a garnish. Save for later.
2. Put a tablespoon of Peanuts Salsa Macha Chili Crunch in a pan on medium heat. Fry your eggs in the oil and top with chopped green onions. Cover with a lid to cook the top of the yolk or until desired readiness.
3. Add your cooked rice to a bowl. Top your rice with your fried egg. Add a bit of ponzu to brighten up the flavor profile. Top with more Peanuts Salsa Macha and green onions for presentation and voila!
